Fungi - toadstools & mushrooms

Help solve your gardening problem. Here are the answers to some commonly asked gardening questions about mushrooms, toadstools and fungi.

If you are unable to find the answer here, then send me an e-mail

Could you please tell me how to get rid of toadstools on paths and lawns?

Toadstools are nature's recyclers feeding on dead or rotting vegetation. Your toadstools will be a result of rotting wood or similar in the lawn and under the path. The only way to permanently get rid of them will be to dig up the rotting vegetation.
